What inspires me to be creative: That feeling I get when I find music that perfectly matches my mood, when I am in nature and forget everything but observing the plants/animals/sky that is in front of me.

Allie Cervantes (she/her)

Favorite creature: Tarsiers, tiny little monkeys from the Philippines!
Hobby: Running! I just got into it this summer and have found it to be one of the proudest hobbies that I’ve kept up with.
What inspires me to be creative: Other designers and artists. Seeing all the cool stuff people can make on the applications I have right at my fingertips makes me want to go and create so many things and try so many new techniques.

What inspires me to be creative: I like to work with models and drawings, so using those I feel the creative process flow.

Favorite creature: My favorite animal at the moment would be a cat, I want to get one as a pet so badly.
Hobby: I love to do my own digital art outside of my school work. I post some of it on my art account on instagram if you’d like to take a look! (It’s @artbybrooklynamerica) I haven’t posted in a bit, but I actually plan to post something this weekend. I also really enjoy reading, and love to write letters to my friends back home.
What inspires me to be creative: A wide variety of things inspire me to be creative. My favorite movies and tv shows are always a good source of inspiration, as well as my friends and family. I am also very heavily inspired by mental health and environmental sustainability, and would like to be able to use my art and design to bring attention to these topics in the future.

What inspires me to be creative: I take inspiration from watching cartoons & movies, reading graphic novels, playing video games, and listening to music. When I have a favorite film/game/show/etc. I LOVE looking into the process work and concept art and getting to understand its construction.
